This was my favorite class because I've never had a class about Raza. I don't know what semester you all had her but I think she has been teaching here at least a year and teaches at other campuses too so she's not always here. She was rarely late. We had weekly readings, reading responses, an in class midterm and a final paper with a proposal and bibliography due before the final to help us with our final. We also had to meet with her one on one to talk about our final paper. She also brought in 3 or 4 guest speakers, artists, community activists to talk about their experience and also does class discussions and brings in videos She's not perfect, she seems like she's juggling a lot but she looks like she's working hard, and is very open. Likes it when you speak in class and not just to her but discuss with the rest of the class. It was a good class.
