Job Description
TENNIS STATION IS LOOKING FOR A
NEW TEAM MEMBER!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individual to help us
build lasting relationships with our customers in our retail store. Whether you are
helping someone find the proper equipment or answering questions about
various types of racquets, paddles, strings, shoes, grips, etc., we want you to
share a passion for assisting our amazing customers.
What we are looking for:
Have knowledge of tennis and pickleball products and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Continually learn and develop skills relevant to the role and bring a positive attitude and strong
work ethic to the workplace.
Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify possible damage or defects to racquets and/or strings and make necessary corrective actions.
- Operate computers, cash registers and credit card machines.
- Engage in face-to-face customer service
- Repair and/or replace accessories as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Position requires standing during shift periods and use of hands/fingers while servicing racquets
in need of grips, tape, etc.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than five pounds
