Job Description
At Inland Empire Aquatics, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal candidates from will have a passion for swimming, effective communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in San Bernardino, CA and make a splash!
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and give feedback
Requirements
• Experience working with all age groups, ideally in education or instruction
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certification for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organization, and behavior management skills
• Experience in sports coaching or childcare is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
