Swim Instructors Wanted at Visalia Area Swim Team in Visalia, CA

At Visalia Area Swim Team, we are seeking a Swim Instructor who can lead swimming programs, provide lessons to children of all ages, and create a fun and safe learning environment. Ideal for students with a love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Visalia, CA as a Swim Instructor who is enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
