Job Description
Are you passionate about swimming and inspiring young swimmers? Join our team at California Polytechnic State University as a Swim Instructor in San Luis Obispo, CA! We are looking for a dedicated student to lead swim programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. If you have strong swimming skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for the water, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus!
