Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at North County Aquatics, you will lead swimming programs and give personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. Ideal for students with a strong passion for swimming and the ability to motivate and inspire young swimmers. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Paso Robles, CA.
Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction for all ages and skill levels
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance
Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages, ideally in an educational setting
Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
Behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for swimming and working with children
