Job Description
Position: Swim Instructor
Join our team at Bishop Swim Team in Bishop, CA as a Swim Instructor! This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and inspiring young swimmers. If you have excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to instill a love for the water, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Background in water safety and survival skills
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching beneficial
Passion for swimming and working with children
