Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at Fresno Dolphins Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and provide customized individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Fresno, CA.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
