Job Description
At Otter Swim Club, we are seeking a Swim Instructor who will lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a passion for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for swimming and working with children
