Pacific Sports Resort Panthers is hiring swim instructors for Summer lessons in Redwood City, CA

As a Swim Instructor at Pacific Sports Resort Panthers, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers to appreciate and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Pacific Sports Resort Panthers in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
