Swim Instructors Wanted at Matadero Creek Aquatic Club in Palo Alto, CA

As a Swim Instructor at Matadero Creek Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and give tailored individual and group lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for passionate students with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire young swimmers. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team at Matadero Creek Aquatic Club in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, giving feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills, ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
Love and passion for swimming and children.
