Swim Instructor at Peak Swimming:

As a Swim Instructor at Peak Swimming, you will lead swimming programs and teach individual and group lessons tailored to children of varying age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong passion for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers and foster a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team and support our Peak Swimming in Saratoga, CA.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Extensive background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
A love and enthusiasm for swimming and children
