I've had this unit for 4-5 yrs. When I got it, the price was Around 220 I think, anyway I'm on a fixed income and now my bill is 320.00. My rent has change about 2 times a year. for the last 3 yrs. All I can really say is, it was ok when I rented but soon changed to a money hungry storage.
